Full CONFERENCE registration includes the exhibition, lunches, Reception and copy of the Proceedings.

Cancellations received until May 31 -- 50% refund on registration fee
Cancellations between June 1 and June 15 -- No refunds will be issued

Pre-Registration is closed. Registration will be available on site.
