Projection Summit 2009 offers the following exhibit booth options:

"STANDARD” EXHIBIT BOOTH

• 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall, 3’ side walls), 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.). Complimentary Exhibit Floor registrations are available to booth personnel. These complimentary Exhibit Floor ONLY registrations do NOT allow access to PS ’09 conference. There is a maximum of three booth personnel registrations per booth.

“SHOWCASE” EXHIBIT BOOTH

• Pico Projector Showcase – Pico projectors up to 15 lumens in a darkened environment. Screens can be provided or bring your own. 6’x6’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall only), 4’ table, 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.), and brochure describing each product.
• Short-throw Projection Showcase– High-brightness projectors with short-throw capabilities producing a minimum of a 50-60” image, 1500-4000 lumens in a classroom lighting environment. Screens can be provided or bring your own. 6’x6’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall only), 4’ table, 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.), and brochure describing each product.
• Solid-state Projector Showcase – Ultra-portable LED and laser-based projectors (50-1500 lumens) in a dim room environment. Screens can be provided or bring your own. 6’x6’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall only), 4’ table, 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.), and brochure describing each product.
• 3D Showcase – Focus is on no-glasses (autostereoscopic) 3D displays for signage applications. Room light ambient environment. 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall, 3’ side walls), 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.), and brochure describing each product.
• Green Display Showcase – Focus is on technologies and products that save energy (higher efficiency, lower power electronics, eco-modes, lower operating temperatures, etc.); use earth-friendly materials or manufacturing processes; recycle products, etc. 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall, 3’ side walls), 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.), and brochure describing each product.

MEDIA NIGHT

NEW THIS YEAR is a special Media Night on Tuesday, June 16, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM. During these hours, the exhibition area is open only to pre-registered press, media and analysts. This special catered event will feature food and beverages for the media and exhibit booth staff. This is a very special opportunity to meet with dozens of potential press representatives in a focused and concentrated event.

Note:  All exhibitor equipment must be packed and ready for return shipment/removal by 10:00 PM on June 16th.

PROJECTION SCREENS FOR SHOWCASE PARTICIPANTS

Da-Lite Screen Company has agreed to provide projection screens free of charge to Showcase participants for use during Projection Summit.  Please see available screens below.  You may use a screen provided by Da-Lite, or you may supply your own screen.
