Projection Summit 2010 offers the following exhibit booth options:

10’ x10’ EXHIBIT BOOTH - $1750.00/booth
10’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall, 3’ side walls), 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max.). Complimentary Exhibit Floor registrations are available to booth personnel. These complimentary Exhibit Floor ONLY registrations do NOT allow access to PS ‘10 conference. There is a maximum of three booth personnel registrations per booth.

6’ x 6’ EXHIBIT BOOTH (Darkened environment) - $1750.00/booth
For Pico, Short-throw, Solid-state Projectors (or other products requiring a darkened environment)
6’ x 6’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and black drape (8’ back wall only), 4’ table, 7” x 44” nameplate (2 lines max).

Complimentary Exhibit Floor ONLY registrations are available to all booth personnel. These complimentary Exhibit Floor registrations do NOT allow access to PS ‘10 conference.

Exhibiting companies receive 20% discount on employee’s conference registrations.

PROJECTION SCREENS FOR EXHIBITORS

Da-Lite Screen Company has agreed to provide projection screens free of charge to Projection Summit exhibitors for use during Projection Summit. You may use a screen provided by Da-Lite, or you may supply your own screen. Details in Exhibitor Package.
